The numbers of specific antigens in this list correspond to the columns in Fig. 1 b. Antibodies against these antigens were only observed in patients with plasma cell dyscrasias (MM [n = 35], MGUS [n = 28], and SMM [n = 14]) and not in healthy donors (n = 27). The only exception was antigen no. 10 (protein kinase C binding protein), to which antibody was also detected in 1 out of 27 healthy donors.
